So what happened to the day after Christmas? The 26th. What happens after the night of the successful Christmas party or get-together, or the unsuccessful Christmas party or get-together, or when Dad now has a new kitten and a new friend, or when she said Yes and our whole lives were changed, or when she said No and my whole life was changed, or when a loved icon's heart finally gave out, or when a boy finally gave up, or when the sky turned to the deepest blue for just a second, or when a girl discovered a new home and a new dream, or when opportunity was given to a foreigner because of a phone call, or when life was given to thousands because of spare change, or when a flower blossomed on a rainy windowsill, or when strangers met for the first time, or when a child decided to color a heart instead of a gun, or when five friends dug a hole to China, or when someone watched sometwo discover themselves, or when the clock struck twelve and it was no longer Christmas anymore, or when a man was reintroduced to his childhood memories, or when silly pictures made myself smile again, or when a couple kissed for the first time, or when the glass shattered as everyone held their breath, or when a forgotten song came on the radio, or when a friend realized he's alone, or when it's time to wake up, or when open eyes captured a miracle, or
